How to read this system

The dictionary is both a language standard and an implementation aid. Terms are linked across human agency, technical infrastructure, governance, economics, and measurement.

Constitutional center

Agency before automation

Automation delegates burden, never the person’s underlying authority. Stakes, uncertainty, and irreversibility determine when the human returns to the loop.

Economic center

Coordination into ownership

Shared demand becomes bargaining, production, assets, and recurring ownership rather than ending at convenience or one-time savings.

Institutional center

Federation before centralization

Human-scale cells retain local authority while protocols, safeguards, and selected services coordinate across larger scales.

Interface center

Legibility at decision time

Context appears when it can still change a purchase, contract, vote, renewal, or irreversible commitment.

Integrity center

Power must remain bounded

Money, data, expertise, delegation, and infrastructure cannot silently become constitutional authority.

Measurement center

Components before composites

Every score must remain decomposable, uncertainty-aware, auditable, and resistant to Goodhart-style gaming.

04 · Formula registry

Operational measures, not decorative scores

ScaleScores use 0–100 only when explicitly stated.
WeightsWeights sum to 1 and must be published.
UncertaintyReport intervals, sensitivity, and missing data.
DistributionAverage effects never replace group-level outcomes.
Anti-gamingComposite metrics remain decomposable and audited.
